Our Proposed Impact

The NPO is involved on a daily basis through different projects addressing issues such as hunger, child abuse, substance abuse, crime, gangsterism, and teenage pregnancies, TB HIV/Aids, skills training, etc to help uplift the community and also to bring awareness to ‘richer communities about these issues. The NPO executes its vision by having different programmes within the organization to be effective within the community. As they begun different types of projects in the Western Cape region, Delft was the place they believed where God wanted them to work and lay down their lives. Today Home of Compassion Ministries is growing beyond belief. Government and other stakeholders have come to recognize the extent of the impact that can be achieved based on our knowledge and experience in Delft community.

Our Mission

Our mission is to eradicate unemployment, oppression, hopelessness and illiteracy within our community by creating a culture of hope by providing the necessary skills and awareness programmes to help them discover their God given abilities and potential to initiate change to occur within their own deprived community.

How do we ensure the success of our projects?

Our success is founded on the integration of core values such as resilience, commitment to quality, excellence, passion, and forward-thinking. We are committed to restoring the integrity of community organizations and supporting marginalized communities. Our goal is to uplift and empower our most valuable asset—our people—ensuring that the underprivileged are equipped with the skills needed to be recognized professionals in mainstream employment. Additionally, we strive to cultivate a unified work ethic among local educational institutions, both primary and secondary, employment agencies, and businesses recruiting from our local areas. Together, let's address the issue of brain drain in our country.
